Arash Behravesh is a senior attorney.  Mr. Behravesh has been named as one of the top patent prosecutors by Patent Buddy.  Mr. Behravesh's practice includes U.S. patent and trademark application preparation and prosecution, patentability and clearance studies, validity and infringement opinions, and licensing.  Mr. Behravesh has been involved in trademark cancellation and opposition proceedings, patent litigation, and trademark counterfeit litigation.  Representative technologies with which Mr. Behravesh is experienced include:
